Rock 'n' Roll Women

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm, XRT will pause to salute Rock ‘n’ Roll Women -- music from rock’s legendary female artists, as well as today’s most promising emerging talent. We’ll fully explore rock from the female perspective, covering the entire spectrum from Janis Joplin to Amy Winehouse, and Liz Phair to Feist.
Tuesday afternoons will hear a wide range of female artists from throughout the history of rock. On New Releases Thursday, we’ll showcase some of the more exciting new artists that are just making their mark on the music. |
