Auditorium Theatre



The Auditorium Theatre, a Chicago Landmark, is part of the Auditorium Building and located at 50 East Congress Parkway. The theatre was the first home of the Chicago Civic Opera and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.  Today the Auditorium Building is the home of Roosevelt University. It was designated a Chicago Landmark on September 15, 1976.

In addition, it is a historic district contributing property for the Chicago Landmark Historic Michigan Boulevard District. It is commited to providing the best in international, cultural, and community programming.  

93XRT has had a number of shows here, including Wilco, Ani Difranco, Morrissey, Bjork, and Modest Mouse to name a couple.
