Double Door is a concert hall and nightclub located at 1572 N. Milwaukee Avenue, in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood.
This venue was first opened on June 12, 1994. Double Door's stage has hosted musical acts from all across the spectrum including The Smashing Pumpkins, Local H, Chevelle, Veruca Salt, Wilco, Liz Phair, and Cheap Trick, as well as a number of national and international talents, including The Rolling Stones.
The club has three main areas that make it unique. The main floor holds the stage, dance floor, and full service bar; downstairs has pool tables and monitors with a live feed of the show on the stage; while the 3rd floor has a lounge feel with an incredible view of the stage and full service bar.
93XRT has hosted a number of shows at Double Door, featuring Paulo Nutini, Ben Lee, Poi Dog Pondering, Peter Bjorn and John, Widespread Panic and many more.
